Background: The Private Newsstand Network (PNN) is a growing network of screens placed in high-traffic newsstands in airports, train stations, office buildings, and shopping centers.

Challenge: DVM needed to provide a high-impact digital media solution that could be easily installed in small newsstand environments with many different configurations and security requirements evident at airports in particular.

Solution: DVM created a split-screen system that delivers video advertising, RSS news feeds, and feature content. The system enables confectionary advertisers and publishers to reach consumers at the very instant that the consumer is deciding what to purchase in the newsstand. The solution also included directional audio to enhance the impact of the messages without disturbing site staff.
